Licence Condition
The licensee must investigate and implement revised procedures and systems to minimise and prevent the emission of dust from activities at the premises, including the loading and discharge of loose bulk cargo. The licensee must provide written notification to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300 that outlines the findings of the investigation and the revised procedures and systems implemented. Date for completion: 31 December 2013.
